Confirm the Claude Team workspace, owner authority, allowed email domains, team name, and organization instructions before inviting the rest of the team.
Prepare the workspace owner, backup admin, billing owner, domain list, and first-use instruction draft.
Open Organization and access, confirm Acme is the active Team workspace, review domains and seats, then save only approved organization instructions.
Stop if the customer is in the wrong Claude workspace, lacks Owner/Admin access, or cannot identify the billing owner.
If ownership, billing, or domain access is unclear, route to BlueSky before the rollout continues.
